Please note that to the extent permitted by applicable law, all purchases are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable, unless otherwise is stated herein or is required by applicable law.

1. MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE RULES

In addition to refund rights available under applicable laws, if you made a purchase directly on our website and the money-back option was presented to you during the checkout, you are eligible to receive a refund provided that all of the following conditions are met.

1. You must contact us via email at support@fullrangecoaching.com or via WhatsApp within 15 days after your initial purchase, and if your membership has started, a fee equivalent to one month will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

2. If you adhere to the provided plans, we guarantee your transformation. However, if a refund request is made without adherence to the plans, it will not be accepted under any circumstances.

The cancellation period will expire afte 15 days from your purchase of the Service.
